- Elementary Staff - report to West Side Cafe by 8AM. Secondary Staff - report to JMS Cafe by 8AM.
Elementary Staff - All West Side and East Side teachers as well as JMS reading and math teachers will report to West Side for Success for All reading and math training. Training will also be provided in Differentiated Supervision and the Observation Model.

Secondary Staff - All JHS and JMS teachers will report to JMS on August 26th for a day of professional development centered on teacher effectiveness and PA-ETEP.

**The following JMS teachers should follow the Elementary Agenda due to SFA Training: Stephens, C. Bulas, J. Bulas, Herbert, Stevanus, Silk, Daley, Slezak, Furfari, Podlucky, Thomas, Vasilko, Kmett, Stibich, Haynal, Maser, Conway, Hoffman
All teachers will report to the JMS cafe at 8am for a welcome message, review of the day’s agenda and to watch a brief introduction video to PA-ETEP. Afterwards, teachers will spend the rest of the day in small group sessions focused on the aforementioned items.
