Child Care
Applications are now being accepted for a new, 12 month child care program at the former Family Center in the East Side Elementary School. A name has not been chosen to date, however, this program of the Cambria County Child Development Corporation will serve infants to preschool age children. Hours of operation will be from 5:45 AM - 6:15 PM; breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack will be served to the children. Spaces are limited, and will be opened to the public, with registration priority given to teen parents, school district and CCCDC child care personnel. This program will be certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare. The Building Blocks infant program will also continue at the GJHS.
