Girls soccer loses a hard fought match to Bishop McCort

The girls’ soccer team lost 6-0 to Bishop McCort despite keeping them off the score board for most of the second half. It was a tremendous effort as the girls fended off a furious barrage of shots from the Crushers attacking offense. Coach Arcurio found a lot of positives despite the loss and they look forward to playing them again later in the year. The Trojans record dropped to 0-4 on the year.

Trojan Volleyball gets upended by Shade in 3 sets

Tynesha Smith tried her best to help the Trojan volleyball team record their first win as she led the Trojans with 7 blocks, 3 of which were kills. Tara Bicko led the team in assists with 7 as the Trojans record dropped to 0-2 on the young season. The scores are as follows:

Lady Trojans drop close one to Somerset

The Lady Trojans basketball team lost a close game to Somerset on Tuesday at West Side gymnasium losing by the score of 36 to 29 drooping their record to 1 win and 2 losses. Leading scorers for the Trojans were Tashayla Smith with 9 pts and Janay Myers with 7. Lexi Lindrose added 6 and Ikeiah Burns added 4.

The Lady Trojans play Bishop McCort on Thursday, Sept. 16 at Bishop McCort . Game time is 4:00.
