Trojans Dismantle BG

Johnstown traveled to their rival city on Thursday night, but not to face their long-time rival Altoona whom the Trojans had beaten earlier in the year, but to face a tough and physical Bishop Guilfoyle team needing a win to keep pace in the LHAC Section 1.  The Trojans had other plans.  Led by a trio of double digit scores and a dominating defensive effort, the Trojans left Altoona with another win.  This time it was a 70 – 45 dominating win over their LHAC counterparts.  Alkwan Williams, for the Trojans, led the way with a dominating 18 point 17 rebound night. Dwight Andrews added 19 points and Phillip Madison also pumped in 18 points as the combination of the 2, along with Mark Watson controlled the tempo and played great defense all night long forcing countless turnovers into easy points.  To read more click on the Altoona Mirror link below.
