JOHNSTOWN WINS THE FINAL CHAPTER OF CITY RIVALRY

The Trojans won the final chapter of the city rivalry by knocking off Bishop McCort at Trojan Stadium, Friday night in front of 4,000 fans, by the final score of 41-20.  Not only did the Trojans get the nod for the city championship, they also earned the bragging right for Osborne St. and the 8th Ward section of town.  Mark Watson returned 1 of his 2 interceptions 101 yards for a TD and Alkwan Williams returned a fumble 79 yards for a TD to lead the big play barrage for the Trojans.  Williams garnered another 13 tackles as he finished the night wit 474 tackles for his career and leaves him 26 tackles short of an impressive 500 tackles for his career.  
Offensively, Dwight Andrews scored on a 58 yard pass from Gervon Simon, which also had a touchdown run to sea the win, and Tim Odum scored on a 51 yard burst up the middle for a TD.  Odum continued his hard work on the ground with his 4th straight 100 yard performance in a row.  
The Trojans will travel to Ebensburg Friday night to face the Central Cambria Red Devils fir a 7:00 PM kickoff.
