Greater Johnstown School District

West Side School was renovated in 1991 and houses approximately 800 students. The grade levels served include a 4 year old kindergarten program through fifth grade. The faculty, staff, and administration are committed to providing a learning environment which will enhance the academic and social development of each child at our school.

In conjunction with basic academic skills, the faculty implements and educational environment supported by the success for all reading and math wings programs developed at the John's Hopkins University.
