West Side School was renovated in 1991 and houses approximately 800 students. The grade levels served include a 4 year old kindergarten program through fifth grade. The faculty, staff, and administration are committed to providing a learning environment which will enhance the academic and social development of each child at our school.
In conjunction with basic academic skills, the faculty implements an educational environment supported by the success for all reading program developed at the Johns Hopkins University and the everyday math program developed by the University of Chicago School of Mathematics.
