SAT/ACT

  • The SAT score used by the NCAA includes only the Critical Reading and Math sections.
  • The ACT score is a sum of the four sections on the ACT: English, Math, Reading, and Science.
  • The NCAA Clearinghouse does accept combinations of the best scores over multiple test sessions, but does not combined SAT and ACT results.
  • All SAT and ACT scores must be reported directly to the NCAA Clearinghouse by the testing agency. Scores on transcripts will not be accepted.
  • When registering for the SAT or ACT use the clearinghouse code of 9999 to have the score sent to the clearinghouse.
