Trojan College Access Program (TCAP)

Empowering Students for College, Career, and Military Success

The Trojan College Access Program (TCAP) was created to raise awareness about the importance of academic achievement and to help students explore the many benefits of continuing their education or entering the workforce or military after high school.

Whether you're planning to attend college, enroll in trade or technical school, join the military, or enter the workforce, TCAP is here to support you every step of the way.

Our Services Include:

  • FAFSA Workshops
    Step-by-step guidance to complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid.

  • College & Military Admissions Counseling
    Personalized support with applications, essays, choosing a college or military branch, and navigating enlistment options.

  • Scholarship & Financial Aid Assistance
    Help finding scholarships and understanding military benefits, such as the GI Bill and ROTC programs.

  • Tutoring Referrals
    Access to academic support to stay on track for college or military readiness.

  • SAT & ACT Registration Help
    Assistance in registering for standardized tests required by many colleges and military academies.

College & Military Fairs / Campus & Recruiter Visits
Meet with college reps and military recruiters to learn about available programs, requirements, and opportunities.
 

Workforce & Career Readiness:

  • Working Papers
    We help students obtain the documentation needed to begin working legally.

  • Apprenticeships, Internships & Jobs
    Partnerships with local employers provide real-world experience through part-time jobs, internships, and co-op programs.

  • Career Fairs (Elementary, Middle, and High School)
    Each school level hosts a career fair where local businesses and military recruiters speak to students about the skills they’re looking for and potential career paths.

Job Shadowing Opportunities
Available for all grade levels—students can observe professionals (including military personnel) to learn what various careers actually involve.
